Find Your Role

Share Your Details

We’ll ask for some basic information and a CV. Make sure it’s up to date and clearly showcases your experience and achievements...we want to get to know the real you. Also, don't forget to add your contact details!

Screening

To better understand how you work and how the role suits you, we may invite you to complete a video or telephone screening call with someone from our recruitment team. This is a short and informal chat to bring the information in your CV to life for us and good chance for you to ask us any questions you may have.

The Interviews

Our process is usually two stages (for some roles there may be a third, but we will make you aware of that at as soon as possible) Our first stage interviews are usually a Teams call with the line manager and a member of their team. Our final stage interviews are always face to face. They are a great opportunity for you to come and see where you may end up working, meet the manager and team in real life and for us to really get to know you.

Tasks and Assessments

At final stage, everyone will complete a personality questionnaire (we will give you more details of this at the time) and you may be asked to prepare a presentation or some other kind of task in advance or on the day. Again, we will give you all the info at the time so you can prepare.

Decision Time!

Once everything’s wrapped up, we’ll let you know the outcome as quickly as possible. If you’re successful (fingers crossed!), the line manager will give you a call to give make an offer and discuss your start date. We’ll then send you a right to work check via email. Once that is complete, our HR Admin team take over and will be in touch to issue you with your contract. The manager will then start organising your new starter induction so that you have the best possible start with us. You can contact our team at any point with any questions you might have.
